Crock pot recipe – Hawaiin chicken January 15, 2012

I have found the perfect recipe for my family. Everyone loves it and there is almost never any left overs (which stinks since I usually eat leftovers for lunch). It isn’t too hard to please my family in the food department. My husband and son will eat just about anything but I have not found one person who doesn’t like this yet.  I found this recipe on pinterest (I am also addicted to that!) and it is my go-to Crockpot recipe.

Here it is and hope you enjoy!

3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breast

1 bottle of Hawaiian marinade

1 can on pineapple with juice

Put all ingredients in the Crockpot, cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Once cooked all the way, shred the chicken, cook for another 20 mins so the chicken soaks of some of the marinade/juice.

Serve over rice.

How is easy is that?!  Oh and if you forgot to defrost the chicken, no worries! Throw them in the Crockpot frozen and add hour and a half to cooking time
