I am trying to include new to me recipes each week. This week is no different. I am excited about this weeks meal plan as I am trying to include more veggies and healthier cooking styles. So here it is ­čÖé


Sunday – Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas

Monday – Stuffed shells

Tuesday – Crock pot┬árotisserie┬áchicken, wild rice, peas

Wednesday – Grilled NY strip steak,┬áhome made mac n cheese, oven roasted broccoli

Thursday – Home made Pizza topped with green peppers and┬átomatoes

Friday – Crock pot teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies

Sat – eat out

  1. Looks like a tasty week at your house!!! Here is what we’ve had and what I am planning or our weekly menu.

    Thursday 2/2/11 – Sloppy Joes n chips
    Friday 2/3/11 – Gorton’s Fish Sandwiches with Fries
    Saturday 2/4/11 – Out to dinner for Nikki (and John’s) Birthday
    Sunday 2/5/11 – Lasagna and salad
    Monday 2/6/11 – Swiss Steak, mashed potatoes and green beans
    Tuesday 2/7/11 – Sausage Quiche w/Salad
    Wednesday 2/8/11 – Chicken Pao (had to switch from last week due to unexpected scheduling)
